Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your online or in-store items unused and with the tags on in original condition within 30 days for store credit. You may either mail the items back to us or visit the store (149 Main Street | Falmouth, MA 02540) to return them in person. To initiate a return, please email wendy@calineforkids.com.

Exclusions:

• Final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.
• Unfortunately we cannot cover shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging goods.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
• Store credit applies only to merchandise returned and does not include shipping costs.
